DEGREE DEFINITION

Rather than looking for 'wisdom' or the'sovereign,' law is a journey away from faith and toward participatory process. Law and legal studies are concerned with the development of expertise that can be useful in the field. The study of law as a discipline of education is transformed into the study of philosophy. Creating several institutions to integrate 'undergraduate' liberal education with 'graduate level' legal education in a five-year span. We grab the neophyte who wants to join the discipline and give them more time to properly inspire and train them for the legal profession and design on a graduate level in accordance with the need for technical skills.

OBTAINED SKILLS

Practical experience, such as court attendance, hands-on training at legal aid centres, and academic programmes, are typically included in the BA-LLB curriculum. It is required to complete a year of internship in order to practise. This should be accomplished throughout the final year. There are also different types of legal specialisations, such as constitutional law, criminal law, business law, and income tax law, to name a few.

AN EXTENSIVE EDUCATION PLAN

P.G. programmes in law (LLM) last one year and require an LLB degree to be qualified. Civil law, criminal law, business law, income tax law, economic law, labour law, constitutional law, and patent law are some of the specialisations in law.
