STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE

The BBA LLB course is divided into 5 years and further divided into 10 semesters. An academic calendar consists of 2 semesters each of 15 weeks duration which is evaluated through internal and external examinations and involves Moot Court practices, court visits and exposure to experts from the field.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A candidate eligible for admission to the 5-year integrated BBA LLB undergraduate degree course must be Passed in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
The candidates must have qualified CUET.

ADMISSION PROCESS

The candidates must apply through CUET for the admission to BBA LLB course offered by JIMS
The candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria is then required to attend the counselling session for further screening process.
The candidates who qualify CUET are only eligible for the admission in the college.

COLLEGE RATING

After the CUET, all india rank is given to all candidates. The cut off for admission is decided as per counselling process. The cut off are different for Delhi Quota and non Delhi Quota students. Usually, cut off is higher ( means lesser competition) for Delhi region candidate vis a vis Outside Delhi candidates. For management quota seats, admissions are given on criteria set up by institute . The appearance in CUET is mandatory to be eligible for management quota seats.
