The College of Engineering at Bharati Vidyapeeth is a private engineering school in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. This college, which is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, was established in 1999 and is approved by the AICTE. Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology (IT), Electrical & Electronics, and Instrumentation and Control Engineering are among the five specialisations offered by the institution. The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is the largest department at BVCOE in terms of personnel and student enrolment, with 180 students enrolled each year. At Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Electronics Communications Engineering is a four-year (8-semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program. It is intended to provide a cutting-edge curriculum with strong foundations in Electronics Communications Engineering, as well as to encourage the improvement of teamwork learning skills, and to instill leadership.

The mission of the Department of Electronics Communication Engineering is to provide high-quality Electronics Communication and technology education. The department has continuously produced high-quality professionals who hold important positions in Indian and international information technology research and development, owing to the rapid evolution of technology and the relentless need for innovation.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The JEE Mains merit and the GGSIPU, Delhi counselling session merit act as the basis for admission to the college.

GGSIP University will administer Centralized Counselling, which will have 90 percent of the overall number of seats.

Seats in the Management Group account for 10% of the total seats open. In accordance with the directives of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and GGSIP University, the Management will assess the eligibility for admission to these seats on the basis of merit.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR B. TECH

Pass 12th Class in CBSE's 10+2 pattern or similar with a minimum of 55 percent combined in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics if the candidate has passed each subject separately. In addition, the candidate must have passed the qualifying test for English as a subject of study (core, elective, or functional).

CRITERIA FOR B. TECH ADMISSIONS

All candidates must take the National Testing Agency's Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1 to be considered (NTA). The University will not hold its own CET for admissions, instead relying on the JEE Main Paper 1 merit for admissions. Admissions would be given based on merit / rank in the JEE.

COLLEGE RATING

After the registration , all india rank is given to all candidates based on JEE mains score. The cut off for admission is decided as per counselling process. The cut off are different for Delhi Quota and non Delhi Quota students. Usually, cut off is higher ( means lesser competition) for Delhi region candidate vis a vis Outside Delhi candidates. For management quota seats, admissions are given on criteria set up by institute.
