CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE OF REPORTING TIME FOR THE CANDIDATES AS RESULT OF SLIDING ROUND OF MCA/ MCA(SE) CODE 105 HAS BEEN OUT (THROUGH NIMCET)

Those candidates who have been allotted their respective seat in USICT and the colleges which are affiliated to the university so as Sunday and Saturday are holiday so new schedule reporting and submission of balance fees is follows as under.

  1.  

Reporting of the candidates to the allotted institutes/colleges

07.10.2021, 08.10.2021 and 11.10.2021, 12.10.2021 (10:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M)

Kindly note : no reporting on saturday and Sunday being a  holiday

Following are the some important pointers for all the concerned candidates:

  1. If part payment of Rs 40,000 have been made then students are allowed to generate Provisional Admission Slip, only after booking their allotted seat or upgradation of seat after the result  of  the sliding round.
  2. Now candidates can take out their respective provisional allotment letter.
  3. Candidate must have proof of all the payments made by them, so that will be available on their profile.
  4. Reporting of the candidate is necessary with the provisional allotment letter along with all the documents for the verification process at the schools and universities, also the students have to clear their part balance, if any otherwise their admission will stand cancelled.
  5. The students who won’t show up at the time of reporting, so their respective seats will be utilized for the spot round.
  6. All the admissions will remain provisional until university regularized the same.
  7. For the candidates who are waiting for their result, so for them provision has already been made in the 3.5 clause of chapter 3.
  8. The students whose names are there in the list and they show up at  the time of reporting will be called admitted students.


Students must follow below points before reporting to their respective colleges:

  1. Candidates must carry original documents along with the photocopy of the same, and must submit all the documents at their respective institutes. Students must carry the following documents as wee:

Medical certificate (original)

Charter certificate (original)

Reserved category certificate/ minority certificate

Candidates whose result is yet to come must go through appendix 5 of the admission brochure 2021-22

  1. Student must check their eligibility criteria before admission, university won’t be held responsible for the same.
  2. For making sure the eligibility condition the photocopy of all the marksheets with work condition applies student must be passed through from the same board, if student has changed the board then later board must accept the score of previous board. Student must submit the single complete marksheet from which student’s status of being passed is highlighted, and the documents which student will submit at the time of admission than from that his admission will be ascertained.
  3. Proof of distance learning along with the proof of region is required for the candidates who have completed their studies from distance otherwise students will not be allotted delhi region seats and they will be allotted with outside delhi seats. Certificate of distance learning from the authorities must be availablw with the candidates
  4. The students can submit Rs 39,000 (part fees) through the medium of  DD (Demand Draft) in favour of GGSIPU or through NEFT ( Following are the details of NEFT)
