RESULT OF ROUND 1 WITH SCHEDULE OF ONLINE COUNSELLING PROCESS OF OTHER ROUND HAS BEEN OUT FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-2022
For the admission in GGSIPU candidate has to appear in the respective competitive exams , as for MBA (code 101) CAT 2020 score is required , for BA.LLB/BBA.LLB (code121) CLAT UG 2021 score is required, LL.M (REGULAR , CODE 112) CLAT PG 2021 score is required for the admission in academic session 2021-2022.
GGSIPU has declared the schedule for the above programmes after declaration of round 1’s result.
In order to check their respective results candidates can login to their IPU’S account and check the status of their result for the round 1 on the same.

All the candidates must pay partial fees of Rs 40,000 to the officials in order to claim the seats in the future and if after allotment any candidate does not fulfill this criteria then he can’t claim for the seat, and seat will be allotted to other eligible candidate.

Candidate can also withdraw their fees in order to not to take admission in that respective college, the withdrawal procedure is really simple and candidate can follow from his respective account.

How to freeze / float the respective seats during counseling process:
- When seat is allotted to the candidate , and candidate is sure that he only wants to take admission in this particular college , so in that case candidate can freeze his respective seat, if by this round candidate is sure about his seat then after freezing no need to participate in other rounds of counseling process and candidate can freeze his step from his respective account in the given time.
- In case if candidate wants to shift to new college in the next round then candidate must go with float option.
- After opting for float candidate becomes eligible for the next counseling round and the previous seat will be remain retained by the candidate only until the result of the next round.
RESULT DECLARATION AFTER EVERY ROUND OR ALLOTMENT OF SEATS:
- When candidate is done with the choice filling process , so only those choices will be considered for allotment of seats according to the Merit.
- Sometimes candidates are not allowed for the allotment of seats because;
- Candidate has not completed the registration process.
- Registration process is completed but choice filling process has not been done.
- Candidate has not paid counseling fee although registration is completed.
- If candidate has not paid partial payment during freezing of seat so in that case also candidate will not be allowed to participate in any further counseling round.
- Other conditions defined by the university should be considered.
- During registration process candidates are allotted with some credentials so that are used for seeing the results.
- Print out of the provisional allotment of letter is required after allotment of seat is done.
- The provisional allotment of letter would be available only for that respective round and that is valid for only that round.
- After allotment of seats partial payment is necessary and candidate has to pay Rs 40,000 as part payment, otherwise student won’t be allowed for further counseling rounds and besides this clam on that particular seat will also get vanished.
- The options of payment which are available during payment of counseling charges so through that mode only candidates can pay their part payment and those methods are debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
- If candidate has done with option 7 so in that case candidates are requested to take the receipt for the same.
- The receipt will work only for the respective round and not for the other rounds for a specified period of time.
- For any issue candidate are requested to visit or contact with the help desk in order to get their problem solved.
REFUND OF FEE OR WITHDRAWAL AFTER COUNSELLING OF THE ROUNDS:
- If due to any issue candidate does not want to continue with the allotted seat and wants refund so that can be done by following the withdrawal procedure from their respective accounts, the only condition is candidate has to do all these within specified time.
- Those who have completed the withdrawn process, freezed their seat, does not made part payment , does not fall under eligible criteria , can’t participate in further online counseling rouds.
