SCHEDULE FOR THE B.TECH REAPPEAR CANDIDATES REGARDING EVALUATION OF THE ANSWER SHEETS.

The students who have given their reappear exams of B.TECH programme  in November 2020, so applications have been received from their respective end for the inspection process of their answer sheets. The details which are mentioned in Annexure- A so all the applicants are requested to go through all the details in the same. For any mismatch students can mail their query to evaluation.ipu@gmail.com  latest by 11.10.2021. As under the regulation act by GGSIPU students can opt for inspection of their answer sheets so for them reporting time would be 1:30 p.m on the 18.10.21, 21.10.21 and 22.10.21 as per the schedule which is mentioned in the Annexure-A in examination seminar hall, ground floor, examination division, administrative block, GGSIPU sector 16-C, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078.

The applicants must follow the below points:

  1. The applicant must have proof of his identity along with the copy of the application. According to the schedule the applicant must be present at the venue.
  2. At the time and place of inspection no gadget like mobile phones, calculator, pen and paper will not be allowed.
  3. Applicant must have the question paper with him.
  4. Only the questions which are left unmarked or totaling mistake will be entertained.
  5. If the applicant is not present at the time of inspection than, his appointment will be stand cancelled.
