New Delhi, May 20, 2025 — The University School of Management Studies (USMS) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced the schedule for Ph.D. document verification and interviews for the academic year 2025–26 (Summer Session).
The process is scheduled to take place over two days, 11th and 12th June 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM sharp. Candidates must report to Room D-503, 5th Floor, D Block, USMS, GGSIPU, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 for verification.
Candidates must check their application number and position in the official list to confirm the date of their interview. They are required to bring the following documents for verification and/or submission:
Duly filled Profile Sheet (Annexure-A)
Proof of registration fee payment
Academic certificates/degrees (original and one set of self-attested copies)
Two passport-size photographs
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer, if employed
A brief Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Self-attested documents supporting any exemption claims
10 copies of the tentative Ph.D. research proposal
No separate communication will be sent to candidates.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the document verification or interview.
Candidates failing to produce the necessary documents will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
