Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced the schedule for a special round of offline counseling 2022–2023
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi, -110078, is where counseling will take place.
• This follows the University Notification captioned "ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR SPECIAL ROUND OF OFFLINE COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION TO VARIOUS PROGRAMS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF VACANCIES DURING ACADEMIC SESSION 2022-23,"
• Applicants Eligible for Special Offline Counseling Round
The University's Notification No. 355/2022, vide no. 1, already states that Candidates must meet the requirements to be eligible to participate in the Special Round of OFFLINE Counseling.
Important Information: Only applicants who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Paragraph 1(a) of the aforementioned university notice and who have enrolled through the online registration process by paying the participation fee of Rs. 2,000/- will be permitted to take part in the Special Round of OFFLINE Counseling.
• The mere act of registering and submitting a participation fee of Rs. 2,000/- during the Special Round of OFFLINE Counseling does not ensure that the applicant will be admitted to the stream or college of his or her choice. During offline counseling, the Candidates will be asked to fill out new choices.
• Eligibility requirements
The applicants are asked to carefully look over the qualifying requirements put forth in the Admission Brochure for Academic Session 2022-23 available on the University Site for a particular course/subject. Subject to seat availability, seats will be distributed uniformly across India based only on National Level Test rank/ CET. This will apply regardless of region or category.
• The purpose of this special round of offline counseling is to assist applicants who, for a variety of reasons, were unable to participate in the previous round of online counseling. To make sure that there is NO rank violation concerning admitted aspirants, the University shall ensure that the Special Round of Offline Counseling seat allocations is made entirely based on merit, subject to being within the CUT OFF rank determined through Online Counseling for the respective program of the respective college.
• Reimbursing Fees:
After accepting enrollment in the Special Round of Offline Counseling for the Academic Session 2022–23, the applicant will not be eligible for any type of fee return.
Necessary documentation for seat allocation:
 Admission validation form to be filled out by the applicant (a copy of which is annexed herein; it is described in Appendix 4A of the Admission Brochure for the academic year 2022-23).
 Preference Form to be Completed by Applicant
 Online Special Registration Form for the Term 2022–2023
 Bank draft(s) for Rs. 75,000/- payable in Delhi and made out to the registrar of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. On the backside of the bank draft, the applicant will include the following information: phone number, date of admission, name, address, and cell phone number; the name of the program; CET roll number; and CET rank. The remaining tuition must be paid at their colleges.

 National Level Test /CET Registration Information (Photocopy and Original)
 Original CET 2022 Admit Card and CET 2022 Result
 Original NLT 2022 Admit Card and NLT 2022 Result
 Secondary School Mark-sheet & Certificate with Proof of Date of Birth (Original and Photocopy)
 Certificates / Mark-sheets of the qualifying examination:
The applicant will need to bring photocopies of the qualifying examination certificates and mark sheets in addition to the original certificates and mark sheets for each year or semester.
 Certificate of Fitness:
All candidates must provide a medical certificate attesting to their fitness from a licensed physician in the format specified in the admittance brochure for the academic year 2022–2023 (Performa of Medical Certificate) (As per Appendix 6).
 Conduct and Character Certificate in original, not older than 06 (six) months, from the I-lead of the Institution where the qualifying examination has been cleared or from a Gazetted Officer.
NOTE:
1. According to the guidelines set forth by each Affiliated College or Institute of GGSIPU, the remaining balance of fees may be paid either online (Debit Card/ Credit Card /Net Banking) or offline (Through Draft) manner.
2. It would also be the student's exclusive duty to confirm and ensure that they meet the requirements for qualifications and eligibility set forth for admission to different programs. The applicants should carefully review the requirements for admission and eligibility as outlined in this admissions brochure for 2022–2023.
3. It is reiterated that any applicant whose status is "ADMITTED" or "ALLOTTED in Spot Round 02" will not be eligible for a seat in the Special Round of Offline Counseling even if they were able to register for it.
For the Programs listed in the notification, a SPECIAL ROUND of Offline Counseling for Admissions in the Academic Session 2022–23 will be held; candidates should visit the official website to view the list.
The applicant will only be assigned a seat if one is available at the time of their reporting; he or she will not be eligible for any seats that have already been filled by applicants who arrived at the planned day and hour.
Applicants are recommended to regularly check both the online admission website and the university site for updates in the interest of their own.
