Ph.D. Oral Examination Notification

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released a notification regarding the oral examination/evaluation of Ph.D. theses under the Examination Division (Ph.D. Branch). The evaluations are scheduled to be held online via Google Meet.

As per the notice dated 23.05.2025, the examinations are scheduled on the following dates:

  • 30th May 2025 (Friday) – Afternoon session

  • 2nd June 2025 (Monday) – Morning session

The joining links for the sessions are provided in the official notice.

All concerned departments, supervisors, and stakeholders are requested to take note of the schedule and ensure necessary arrangements are in place. The university has also requested this information to be prominently displayed on departmental notice boards and the official website for awareness.
