MBA. LLB, LLM Counselling registration started for 2021

The university has declared the schedule of online counseling for the following programs

  1. If candidate wishes to take admission in MBA programme code 101 then score of CAT 2020 will be considered for the admission process.
  2. If candidate wishes to take admission in BA.LLB /BBA.LLB code 121 then score of CLAT UG 2021 will be considered for the admission process.
  3. If candidate wishes to take admission LL.M (regular) code 112 then score of CLAT UG 2021 will be considered for the admission process.

Steps to be followed by CAT 2020 and CLAT 2021 (UG , PG) candidates if they wish to take part in the online counseling process, the only obvious condition is candidates should have cleared CAT and CLAT.

  1. The candidates who have done the registration process  by paying 1200 as fees of the GGSIPU form , now need to pay 1000 (non refundable ) via debit card /credit card /net banking  as counseling charges to take part in the counseling process , counseling process will start from 18/8/2021 at 4:00 p.m and will close at 24/8/2021  at 11:50 p.m
  2. The candidates who have not done the registration process need to pay 1200 (non refundable) as fees of the GGSIPU registration form , also  need to pay 1000 (non refundable ) via debit card /credit card /net banking  as counseling charges to take part in the counseling process , counseling process will start from 18/8/2021 at 4:00 p.m and will close at 24/8/2021  at 11:50 p.m .

Terms and conditions which every candidate must be aware of;

No candidate can participate in the counseling process if they have not registered  themselves.

Candidate must go through the admission brochure for the session 2021-2022

Time to time student must go through the official websites of the GGSSIPU.

Choice filling and allotment of seats should be done by 25/08/2021

 

University will start verification process from 19/08/2021 to 26/08/2021 for the candidates who have successfully completed the registration process , for more info candidate can refer to ch-6 given at the official website.

Also the candidates who belongs to the reserved category, and have completed the registration process successfully, so for them online verification of the documents to be done.

The candidates who are ensuring that they should get the benefit of reserved category have to upload their documents (which have been issued by the authorities )at the respective place if has not uploaded earlier.

The candidates must read the chapter -6 to be aware of the fact what documents are required to get the benefit of the reserved category.

Instructions for the candidates who wanna get the benefit of reserved category are as follows;

  1. The documents must be in the name of candidate only.
  2. The respective state should issue the reservation certificate under the name of  region only to get the benefit of reserved category.
  3. If candidate belongs to the category of DOBC/DSC/DST then he should have passed his schooling from delhi only and must have certificate of  NCT of delhi issued by authorities.
  4. If candidate belongs from OBC category then he is not eligible for the degree of master’s or post graduate diploma.
  5. According to the rules of university if candidate does not comply with the order of the required documents or does not upload the documents according to the schedule for claiming benefits of reserved category then candidate will lose his authority over reserved category and now be treated as general category candidate.
  6. If candidate wants reservation in EWS category then only govt. affiliated colleges and university school of studies will be allotted to him. And decision will be taken according to government norms.

 

Some general instructions which every candidate need to follow.

 

  1. The candidate must see  the eligibility criteria from the brochure of 2021-2022 before applying for any of the course , as afterwards the fees would not be refunded. So it is the duty of candidate only.
  2. The student must ensure that all the information are up to date and most importantly are correct  otherwise if found anything which is not matching with the student’s profile then at that moment only student’s admission will be cancelled also fees will not be refunded
  3. The student must complete all the process as early as possible as university would not be held responsible for any last moment mishap

 

 

Steps to register online

  1. By entering all the required information like candidate’s name , father’s name , mentioning DOB , gender etc, after this creating login credentials candidate is done with 1st step.
  2. At this stage candidate has to enter his id and password and has to login with this. After this home page will be opened where candidate has to complete rest of the information like uploading the documents, paying fees etc.
  3. This step is multi step application form submission where student has to login first . and after this student need to provide with all the required details like competitive exam details , contact details etc.
  4. Now, candidate has to upload the scanned image of all the required documents, such as signature , category and sub category  within the preferred size.
  5. After completion of all the steps then at last student need to pay the registration fees via debit card , credit card , net banking by whatever method.
  6. Now, candidate is ready to download their respective completed registration form by clicking on the download button. Also candidate will get email from university.
  7. This is optional step where candidate’s can verify their email address and contact number through generating otp.
  8. Student also has option to edit their details by clicking on the edit button on the menu option.
  9. Now , at last it is the duty of the candidate to remember their respective login credentials.
  10. If candidate wishes to change the password then he can do that from change password menu.
  11. Also sometimes student faces trouble while login to their account so that can be solved as well by talking to the university’s helpdesk person before registration process ends . also the candidate need to show proof of fees submission.
  12. Before getting final print out student must check all the details thoroughly.
  13. Students are advised to take two print out of the same.

FEES SUBMISSION

  1. The candidate need to submit fees of 1000 plus charges , and this fees is non- refundable. All the taxes has to be bear by the candidate only.
  2. For depositing the fees the candidate need to visit university’s admission  website and then after registering to their respective account they need to submit their counseling fees.
  3. Student has option to pay online via 3 mode i.e via debit card, credit card or net banking.
  4. The candidate must have proof with them of paying the counseling charges, as this will help them in future if any misunderstanding is created , and they can check their status of payment  on the official website i.e https://ipu.admissions.nic.in, if fees has been payed via challan , then copy of challan is necessary.
  5. Candidate’s are requested to complete all the formalities as early as possible to avoid last minute rush.
  6. If candidate has opted debit / credit card option and fees not got submitted than in that case candidate need to pay fees once again and the amount which has been payed previously will automatically get credit to the respective account.
  7. For any help regarding fees submission the student can contact with helpdesk to get their problem solved.
  8. It is not necessary if student has got admitted to the university as paying counseling charges, counseling charges are the fees of participating only.
