Schedule For SEAT ALLOTMENT on the merit basis of CET & CUET FOR DIFFERENT STREAMS of 2023-24 Session, Notification No. – 317/2023, Dated 09.11.2023, titled as “ Last chance for admission in last special spot offline round of counselling for admission in the different streams for the session of 2023-24.

 

Counseling Venue:    Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110078

  1. This is in continuance to the University’s notification No. 317/2023 vide no. IPU-7 Offline counseling/ 2023/ 4731 dated 09.11.2023 titled “ Last chance for admission in different streams for academic session 2023-24.”
  2. The merit list shall be displayed at the time of seat allotment. Please refer to the schedule in the succeeding paras. 
  3. Eligibility criteria 

The aspirants must read the eligibility criteria mentioned in the admission brochure for the session 2023-24 available on the university website for particular streams.

( www.ipu.ac.in and admission website – www.ipu.admission.nic.in) 

 The seats shall be distributed on the All India rankings( i.e. without regional distribution – Delhi and outside Delhi) among the registered aspirants based on the final merit which is annexed herewith.

 

  1. The seat allotment process shall be executed irrespective of region and category on the All India Ranking base. (on the merit of CUET)
  2. Fee Refund : 

There is no provision for a refund of the fee after taking admission in this offline counseling round of the session 2023-24. Hence, the aspirants are advised to make a conscious decision before taking a seat.

  1. A bank draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- in favor of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi, is required at the time of the seat allotment process.  The aspirants Should write in the back of the demand draft- the candidate name, program name, contact details, CML rank notified by the University, and CUET Roll number. 
  2. Required documents for the seat allotment process :
  • Passport-sized photographs ( 4 No.)
  • Duly filled admission form ( Compulsory) (As Annexed with this schedule as Annexure’B’.)
  • Preference sheet (Compulsory to be filled by the aspirant, Annexure ‘C’)
  • Original Reporting slip for the document verification process
  • Date of birth certificate (secondary school Mrkaheet & certificate, original & photocopy)
  • Certificates of qualifying examination (original certificates/ mark sheets of all the semester-wise/year-wise)
  • Medical fitness certificate – Bring the certificate from a registered medical practitioner as per the format given in the Performa of a medical certificate given in the admission brochure 2023-24.
  • Character and conduct certificate – Bring the certificate from a Gazetted officer or the head of the institution from where the qualifying examination has been passed. ( Not more than 06 months old)

Important Note : 

  • It is pertinent to mention that all the CET Qualified candidates having the status’ NOT ADMITTED’ are Allowed to participate in this counseling round. Any candidate who was Allotted a seat in SPOT ROUND- 2, is NOT ELIGIBLE for participating in this counseling round. 
  • The remaining amount of the fee could be submitted to affiliated colleges/ Institutes of GGSIPU, online mode (Net Banking, Credit card, Debit card) or offline mode( Drafts) as per the instructions issued by the respective affiliated colleges/institutes. 
  • It is also the sole responsibility of the candidates to check the eligibility criteria for themselves and fulfill all the conditions prescribed for admission. a candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills all eligibility criteria as mentioned in the Admission Brochure 2023-24.
  • Once, college is allotted in this counseling round, “Will Not Be Changed Subsequently”
