Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management (BMCEM) is a private Jain Minority Engineering College in Jagdishpur, Haryana. This college is initiated by Bhagwan Mahaveer Education Foundation (BMEF) and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The college was established in 2009 which is approved by AICTE.

Bachelor of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is 4 years (8 semesters) undergraduate program aimed to impart an understanding of the basic concepts and theories in the field of Signal Processing, RF and Microwave Communication, Embedded Systems etc by developing skills and in-depth knowledge.

The course faculty of Electronics and Communication Engineering provides a good ratio of well-trained, highly qualified, dedicated and hardworking professors equipped with all the modern technology and laboratories promoting continuous improvement in providing an ambience of self-learning to its students.

The faculty of the course is student centred and as the admission process is merit based so high rank holding students are preferred for the admission in the ECE department. The department faculty also enhances the logical and analytical thinking of a student by laying more emphasis on the acquired knowledge and promotes the students to become effective apart from just remaining efficient by developing their communication skills.

ELIGIBILITY

  • A candidate eligible for admission to the 4-year B. Tech degree course must have passed the Intermediate Examination (10+2) with minimum 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in aggregate.
  • A candidate must have passed English as a core/elective/functional subject in CBSE or any other equivalent examination.
  • A candidate should also appear in JEE to become eligible for the B. Tech course in the college.

 

ADMISSION PROCESS

  • The candidates must apply through IPU CET or JEE Entrance Exam for the admission to any of the courses offered by BMCEM.
  • The candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria is then required to attend the counselling session for further screening process.
  • The candidates who qualify IPU CET or JEE Exam are only eligible for the admission in the college.

After the registration , all india rank is given to all candidates based on JEE mains score. The cut off for admission is decided as per counselling process. The cut off are different for Delhi Quota and non Delhi Quota students. Usually, cut off is higher ( means lesser competition) for Delhi region candidate vis a vis Outside Delhi candidates. For management quota seats, admissions are given on criteria set up by institute .
