IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADMISSIONS IN DIFFERENT PROGRAMS IN RESERVED CATEGORY

The university is conducting admissions in the University School of Studies and Affiliated Colleges/Institutes online on a merit basis. In this process, aspirants can fill in the particulars for admissions, claiming a reserved category. 

The admission brochure of the University, clearly states that the admission of an aspirant is Purely Provisional. The scrutiny process of the aspirant’s eligibility is pending and will be completed as mentioned in the admission brochure for the program. In case, the aspirant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and any information provided by an aspirant is found to be incorrect( age, category, sub-category, educational qualification, etc. ) that aspirant will be debarred at any stage. 

This notice is for all interested aspirants who are seeking admissions in different programs conducted by Guru Govind Singh University, New Delhi for the 2023-24 session, against different categories (UR/OBS/ST/SC/PWD/EWS/ARMY/DEFENCE) that the – 

  • The seat allotment process is completely provisional, based on onsite document verification to fulfill the eligibility criteria( including reserved category).
  • If it is found at any stage during the entire period of a program that the candidate does not fulfill the requisite eligibility conditions or the documents presented during the verification process are incorrect or not in proper order, his/her admission will be canceled and disciplinary action will be initiated against him/her and the entire fee will be forfeited. 
  • It is also the sole responsibility of the candidates to check the eligibility criteria for themselves, fulfill all the conditions prescribed for admission, and check the correctness of information provided for the seat allotment process (reserved category certificate, region, name, or any other such information).

Aspirants are advised to read the admission brochure 2023-24 carefully and also visit the official website of the university - www.ipu.ac.in
