Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences is situated in New Delhi in Delhi state of India. Hostel facility is not available for its students. Gym:The college has a Gym facility for the students.Library :The college has a library facility for all students. Library/Reference Services Number of volumes = 1951 Number of titles = 1655 Institute has an annual membership of DELNET (copy enclosed) for students. Books are categorized by Dewey decimal classification 22 and issued by the Total Library Software system. The total number of the national journal is 11 (eleven) and international journals are 17 (seventeen) (annexure attached). Book bank facility is available in the library. All the computers have internet facility and also the library has wi-fi connectivity. A reprographic facility for students is available in the institute.

Guest Room :The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

Sports:The college has sports facilities for all students.

Auditorium:The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

Medical/Hospital:The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

Bachelor In Prosthetic And Orthotics [BPO]

BPO is an undergrad course, the length of that is four years. This course principally deals with the reclamation of people with locomotive or contractile organ disabilities. While following this course, students are given appropriate coaching so they'll be ready to provide treatment of amputated pre and post-surgery.An opportunity to require a clinical approach to treat patients with any prosthetic or orthotic parts are going to be given to the scholars when the completion of this course. Graduates have the opportunity to work in India or Abroad to pursue graduate studies and to get involved in research activities. BPO degree holders will be able to find work in various sectors such as Pharmaceutical Companies, Hospitals, Healthcare Centers, Medical Camps, Diagnostic Centers & Services, Pathology Laboratories, Academic institutes, Simulation centers, Research & Development centers etc. To be thought of eligible to hunt admission to the present course, candidates should have secured AN combination of a minimum of five hundredth marks in school twelve in Science Stream. Admission to the present course are going to be done either on the idea of the candidate's performance within the entrance check or on the idea of performance within the qualifying examination. The average course fee to pursue this course ranges between INR 20,000 and 2,00,000. Candidates may  serve as Health Consultant, Lecturer, Setting a Manufacturing Unit or a Rehabilitation Centre etc.

The admission will be made on Merit based on the basis of the marks obtained in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University.

After the IPU CET, all india rank is given to all candidates. The cut off for admission is decided as per counselling process. The cut off is different for Delhi Quota and non Delhi Quota students. Usually, cut off is higher ( means lesser competition) for Delhi region candidates vis a vis Outside Delhi candidates. For management quota seats, admissions are given on criteria set up by the institute . The appearance in IPU CET is mandatory to be eligible for management quota seats.
