GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  2. It is entirely the candidate's duty to ensure that they meet the minimal requirements for the programmes to which they are applying, as well as the accuracy of any information provided on their region, category, or any other relevant information for seat allocation. The admission to the programme will be revoked and all monies paid will be lost if information provided by the applicant is discovered to be false or inaccurate at any point in the admissions process.
  3. Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance to prevent the last-minute rush. Network issues or any other issues of this sort that may arise during the last-minute submission of an online application or during any other activity are not the responsibility of the University.
  4. Candidates claiming a seat in the Delhi "Region" must have successfully completed the qualifying examination (10+2/Graduation) at one of the Delhi-based institutes or colleges. If seats are allotted to the wrong region due to erroneous form filling, the allocation will be cancelled at a later time, and the candidate will immediately forfeit the right to the seat in his legitimate region if it is still available.

REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF COUNSELLING PARTICIPATION FEE:

  • The candidate must register for the centralised online counselling process and submit a one-time (non-refundable) counselling participation cost of Rs. 1000 plus any applicable fees in accordance with the schedule for each CET Code. The candidate is responsible for paying the necessary taxes and fees, which are not refundable.
  • The candidate must go to the GGSIP University admission website, and choose the option for payment in order to submit the counselling participation fee.
  • Credit card, debit card, and net banking.
  • The candidates must visit the University website to check the status of their enrolment in the centralised online counselling process and their payment of the counselling participation fee. They must also print out the confirmation of their online fee payment along with the transaction details so they have a record of it for their records. When paying fees by challan, the candidate must keep a copy of the challan after making the payment.
  • Candidates are recommended to finish the online fee submission process well in advance of the closing date and not to wait until the very last minute to avoid transaction failure or any other technical problem owing to web server congestion as a result of high internet/website traffic.
  • If a fee is paid with a credit or debit card and the status is not "OK," the transaction has been cancelled, and the money will be credited to the relevant credit or debit card. Such candidates must once again pay the charge.
  • Candidates can get in touch with the university's help desk to get the issue resolved if there is a difficulty with paying the registration/counseling participation cost or if the fee confirmation receipt isn't available on the website within the allotted.
  • Registering for the Centralized Online Procedure of Counseling and paying the participation fees are only a component of the counselling process; they do not guarantee admittance for the candidate.

It is in the best interest of all applicants who have registered and who intend to take part in the online admissions counselling to regularly check both the university website and the online admission website for updates.
