Important IPU notice
NLU sharing CLAT UG/PG Data - BA. LLB (Hons)/ BBA.LLB (Hons) code 121 and LLM regular (code 112) to 3rd party for the academic session 2023
Student has to appear in CLAT UG/PG for the admission in BA.LLB(Hons)/ BBA.LLB(Hons) code 121, LLM regular code (112) and according to the scores scored by the respective student they will get the admission in the university for the academic session 2023-24. So this notice is for all those students who have applied for the admission in the above mentioned courses that they must provide their consent to NLU regarding scores to be made available to the 3rd party.
So all the stakeholders who wants admission in the integrated BA. LLB (Hons)/ BBA.LLB (Hons) code 121 and LLM regular (code 112) must give the permission to NLU to provide their CLAT UG/ PG score to the GGSIPU, the only reason behind this is to verify the score card of all the stake holders. If any student won’t be providing the same then the GGSIPU has right to disqualify that student from the online GGSIPU counselling round and no student will have right to blame GGSIPU.
